International shipping to countries outside of AUS.
We send all of our artwork out with a shipping fee of $30, however additional local tax's may need to be collected from your countries border control to clear your artwork. This process happens once your artwork arrives in your country and customs review the package. local government tax is not apart of our free shipping service.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All sales are final, please choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. All sales are final. please choose carefully.
Cancellations
Our pieces are limited and sell out quickly, if you would like to cancel your order there is a cancellation fee of $20 AUD
Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to:
Eyefood Factory, 90 James St, New Farm. Queensland Australia 4005.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot offer a return or refund if the package gets lost in transit
If we have agreed to cover shipping back for a damaged skull during shipping, the maximum refund given will be $40 AUD. If parcels are sent back with STANDARD shipping, the shipping cost should fall below that price.
Packages returned to sender
If your parcel experiences issues during transit (customs) and is returned, we will attempt sending the parcel a second time.
If your parcel has been returned to us in Australia due to failure to collect from the Post Office, once returned back to Australia we will contact you, the new postage fee is covered by the customer.
Security
Any orders on our website may be subject to a security check.
If a security flag is raised regardless of price of item, the order will have to go through a security check.
To fulfil the security check we will reach out via email and ask 3 forms of Identification to verify the sale.
- A photo of your license with your name and address; matching the name and address on the order.
- A photo of the card used in the order with the last 4 numbers of the card visible in the photo.
- A photo of you holding a hand written card that has today's date and the name of the items you've purchased.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Payment:
We use Sqaure payment gateway. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
